A qualified horticulturist from Mackay, Carol is a full time teacher at CQIT (Central Queensland Institute of TAFE). She has her two hectares of paradise where she built her home two years ago and has slowly started working on her sustainable lifestyle including fruit trees, roses, herbs and vegetables.
